You have 7 days for unused and unworn items with all tags & packaging in tact days to return your purchase.

RETURN POLICY: 
Our jewelry refund policy lasts for 7 days upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with any item that is eligible for return, you may send the item back for a refund as long as tags and packaging are still in tact, the item is unworn and is in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund is being processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact luxfox.shop@gmail.com within 3 days upon receipt with photo proof and a replacement will be issued. Depending on the situation, the item may require return prior to a replacement being sent. If a refund is preferred, the item MUST be returned.

NON-DELIVERED ITEMS:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for lost claims and/or your local authorities. The address that you provide is processed through a USPS verification system to ensure proper addressing. Should an item be undeliverable as addressed, returned to sender or unclaimed, a refund will be processed once the item has been received back to our facility less a $5 shipping & re-stocking fee if 'free shipping' was your shipping method of choice.

Delivery takes 2-15 days. It depends on the country where the supplier is located.
